By using SocialAgent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SocialAgent provides AI-assisted Instagram customer-service automation for businesses, including automated reply drafting, content-safety filtering, and human escalation. It is a reactive tool: it replies only to customers who message the connected business first, within Instagram's 24-hour standard messaging window.

We reserve the right to suspend the service for violation of these terms or for activity that violates Instagram's Platform Policy.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all messages, customer data, and configurations you provide to SocialAgent. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." SocialAgent is not liable for: Instagram-imposed account restrictions, message-delivery failures outside our control, or any business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You may stop using and disconnect the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for cause, including violation of these terms, non-payment, or abuse.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or a dashboard notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
