Data Deletion

To delete the data associated with your Instagram account from SocialAgent, do any of the following:

• Disconnect in the dashboard: open SocialAgent → Accounts → Disconnect. This revokes our access token and stops all message processing for that account.
• Remove via Instagram: Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove SocialAgent.
• Email us: contact privacy@quantumseo.com and we will delete all stored messages, conversation history, and the access token for your account within 30 days.

What we store

We store the connected-account identity, the message content of conversations the business handles through SocialAgent, and the OAuth access token (encrypted at rest). We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
